How to play
Roll on your turn, then resolve the tile you land on. You must roll before ending your turn.
Buy properties when offered, or let them go to auction if the room allows it.
Build houses evenly across a color set. Mortgages stop rent until you unmortgage at 110% of the mortgage value.
Airports charge tiered rent ($25–$200) based on how many you own. Utilities charge dice × 4 or × 10.
In jail: roll doubles, pay $50 before rolling, or leave automatically after 3 failed turns if you can afford the fine.
If you cannot pay rent or tax, mortgage or sell buildings to raise cash, or trade with other players. You are only eliminated when you press Declare Bankruptcy.
Vacation cash collects taxes until someone lands on Vacation.
